Volume meters

The VolScan Profiler (VSP) volume meters use a laser to scan a rotating product, allowing the calculation of its volume and density. Other parameters that can be obtained include weight, surface area, height, width, and length. Volume meters have traditionally been used primarily in the bakery industry, but there are now many other applications. Examples include agricultural products, eggs, meat, fish, packaging materials, and hair. A specific application is measuring the volume and density of ceramics using the CeramScan.
